A high-voltage backup system for a Kyiv condominium. Ensures a stable water supply, lighting, heating, and emergency lift power even during outages.
Initial objectives and expectations:
Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical building systems: lighting, emergency lift power, water and heating pumps, and video surveillance. The system had to operate automatically, without staff, and keep residents comfortable even on upper floors, with the option to scale if needed.

About the Project:
A backup power project has been implemented for one of Kyiv’s residential apartment buildings. Now, the residents enjoy stable water supply, lighting, and heating even during power outages.
The backup power system ensures uninterrupted operation of lighting, emergency power for elevators, water and heating pumps, emergency lighting, and video surveillance.
The Deye inverter with a capacity of 50 kW and a Deye battery with a capacity of 35 kWh provide adequate water pressure for residents on the upper floors. This guarantees comfort and uninterrupted access to water in challenging situations.
If needed, the system can be easily scaled to meet additional demands.
The system operates automatically, does not require manual intervention, and eliminates operational costs such as fuel expenses, which are common with generators.
